A roar-some time ahead
FROM ‘tricera-tots’ to grown-ups, Corangamite families can sing and dance along with baby dinosaur puppets during the September school holidays.
The award-winning Dino Maniacs will perform two ‘roar-some’ shows at the Theatre Royal in Camperdown (2 Bath Street) on Monday, September 22.
Council events and creative industries team leader Tammy Young said the interactive shows star Trixi the Triceratops, cheeky Tru Blu, the mischievous Naughty Joffrey, Aussie favourites, Ozzi and Oi, and the newest little star, Olive the Parasaurolophus.
“Hosted by Shaun and Tara from The Dino Maniacs, this high-energy show is packed with fun, laughter, and dinosaur-themed songs that will have the kids in ‘raptors’,” she said.
“There will be plenty of surprises, laughter, and chances to get your photo taken with the six dinosaurs.
“It’s perfect for children aged one-to-eight and kids at heart.
“Book now for some ‘T-rex-ellent’ entertainment.”
The two sessions will be held from 10-11am, and from 1-2pm.
