Freaky Friday fun: Students at Camperdown College’s junior campus wore their spookiest attire for their school disco last week, which also marked Friday the 13th.

As last Friday was Friday, June 13, the disco carried a spooky theme and saw a number of ghosts, zombies, vampires, witches and more taking to the dancefloor.

Camperdown College Year 12 Vocational Major (VM) students Lacie Haigh, Harry Bateman, Jada Mahony and Sadie Walsh – who organised the disco at the senior campus’ hall – said the evening was “spectacular”.

“The candy bar was a huge hit, completely selling out of snacks and drinks thanks to the great work of Lacie Haigh and Harry Bateman,” the students said.

“Zombie DJs Jada Mahony and Sadie Walsh kept the vibes high, getting students up and dancing with some absolute bangers.

“We also held some exciting dance competitions for all age groups, even managing to get the Junior Campus staff up for a dance.

“From spooky costumes to lollies, dancing and high energy, everyone had loads of fun.”
