ADN announces new chair
AUSTRALIAN Dairy Nutritionals has recently announced the appointment of a new chairman and non-executive director.
Peter Nathan was appointed to the position on the board at the latest board meeting, replacing interim chairman Peter Skene.
Australian Dairy Nutritionals chief executive officer (CEO) Skene described Mr Nathan as an “experienced corporate executive with strong financial acumen” and a “pioneer in the infant formula business”.
“Peter is the former CEO of Asia Pacific for the a2 Milk Company and was instrumental in a2’s success, leading its most profitable business segment and delivering exceptional shareholder vale and growing revenue from $7 million to $1.3 billion over his 14-year tenure,” he said.
“He holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from the University of South Australia.
“Peter Nathan is a highly credentialed executive with extensive and successful industry experience, which will be a tremendous asset to the company.”
