Annual day spreads joy
THERE were smiles and laughs all round at Cobden Primary School for the annual Grandparents and Special Friends event.
Cobden Primary School saw an influx of numbers recently for the annual Grandparents and Special Friends event.
Acting principal Ilona Watkins said all grandparents and special friends were invited to the school where they completed a range of activities.
The students were able to walk around the school with their special people and share their favourite spaces and things about Cobden Primary School.
“It was fabulous to invite the community back into Cobden Primary School to allow students to share a glimpse into their school lives and make memories,” Mrs Watkins said.
“We truly value the partnerships that is home and school, which is a huge indicator for future success.”
