Award nomination for Conroy
FUNAKOSHI Karate sensei Peter Conroy has been nominated for a state award.
Mr Conroy has been nominated for a 2025 Victorian Disability Sport and Recreation (VDSR) Award in recognition of his coaching efforts with students from Cooinda Terang.
The winner of the ‘Coach Fitness Leader of the Year’ award will be announced during a special ceremony at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in late August.
The VDSR awards night is a highlight on the DSR calendar, celebrating the outstanding achievements and contributions within the disability sport and recreation community.
