Bailey named MVP
POMBORNEIT junior Bailey Fox capped off a strong season by winning the Colac District Cricket Association under 14 competition MVP award on Monday night.

The award, based on a points system, saw Fox win after a season where he scored 428 runs at an average of 107, took 10 wickets at an average of 21.30, and took 10 catches and six stumpings.
Fox was vice-captain in Pomborneit’s under 14 team that took out the division two premiership.

In a busy season, the young all-rounder captained the Bulls under 13 team, was a part of the club’s under 16 premiership team and was a key member of the Pomborneit Maroon division three team, including scoring his first century at senior level.
