Beasley and Scanlon club champions
FRED Besley and Sharee Scanlon have taken out club championship titles at the Terang Golf Club.
Grade champions at the Terang Golf Club, from left: Janet Saunders (B grade), Sharee Scanlon (A grade), Fred Beasley (A grade), Michael Sargeant (B grade) and Damien Glennen (C grade).
First-time winner Fred Beasley took out A grade and the championships while for Sharee Scanlon it was her fourth club title.
The men’s B grade champion is Michael Sargeant while Janet Saunders was the B grade champion for the ladies.
Damien Glennen finished first in C grade to take the championship title.
The overall men’s handicap winner (John Petrusch Memorial Trophy) was Nick Marshall while for the ladies, Marion Venn won the Betty Day Memorial trophy.
The handicap winners were as follows:
A grade – Josh Brown, B grade – Nick Marshall, C grade – Jeremy Attrill.
