Bell takes Vic title
JACK Bell thrilled the crowd at Heytesbury Stockfeeds Simpson Speedway last weekend to finish top of the podium in the Victorian Formula 500 title.

The much-anticipated running of the title, which had been rescheduled to March following a major race incident in lap one of the final back in December, gave spectators plenty to cheer about with drivers fighting hard for position.
The A Main saw Bell take the chequered flag ahead of Chad Bell and Indy Rae.
Rounding out the top 10 were Terry Rankin, Jack Hewett, Luka Bussa, Jake Hose, Jackson McLean, Bradley Malone and Dylan Willsher.
Also on the program last Saturday night was the 2025 Victorian Speedcar title, which was won by Matt Jackson.
Jackson crossed the line ahead of Kaidon Brown, with Nick Parker in third.
In the Junior Formula 500s, Koby O’Shannassy finished in first place, followed by Cruz Farrell, with Paddy Lewis finishing in third.
Rounding out the top 10 were Rusty Pontin, Evie Bell, Alexis Hart, Matilda Farrell, Roc Hughes, Logan O’Shannassy and Toby Cook.
The final of the junior sedans saw Jake Bradley take the chequered, with Steane Cosson second and James Peacock third.
