Big crowd at Terang golf
SIXTY-one players competed on the greens at Terang Golf Club last Saturday.
The weather was perfect for a big crowd.
The monthly medal winner was Anthony Mills (11 handicap) on 69 nett/80 gross.
A grade was won by Anthony Mills, followed by Liam Venn (8) 70/78.
B grade went to Ethan Wyss (19) 70/89, with Paul Healey the runner-up on 73/91.
Down the line: Max Kavanagh (13) 71/84, Fred Beasley (+2) 73/71, Terry Coolahan (19) 74/93, Luke Tebble (13) 75/88, Michael Sargeant (9) 75/84 and Martin Wynd (14) 75/89.
Nearest the pins: 3rd Scott Coverdale, 6th Riley Scanlon, 8th Max Kavanagh, 11th Fred Beasley.
Riley Scanlon won the putting with 21 putts.
Last Sunday’s stableford was won by Josh Brown (scratch) 35 points on countback from runner-up Max Kavanagh (13) 35.
This Saturday will be stableford all day while Sunday will be an 18-hole stableford from 10.30am.
