Blockers win volleyball grand final
An epic volleyball grand final was played between Camperdown-based Blockers and Volleys.

An epic volleyball grand final was played between Camperdown-based Blockers and Volleys.
Blockers were the favourites going into the match against third placed Volleys.
The grand final went to five sets and fittingly the first four sets were played with a margin of only two points - 23/25, 26/24, 27/25, 30/28.
A tie break set was played, with Blockers hanging in to finally win 15/11.
Best on court were John Tanner, Judi Robertson, Bray Wright and Chiarra Taylor.
The best and fairest was tight at the top with Bray Wright and Chiarra Taylor winning the men’s and women’s respectively.
Deca Bradbury and Olivia Campbell were runners-up.
