Bombers announce junior coaches

Cobden’s junior coaches for season 2026: Brad Couch under 16s, Chris Walsh under 14s, Simon Murfett under 12s and Chris Mahony Under 10s.

The Bombers have appointed Brad Couch to lead the under 16s, Chris Walsh the under 14s,

Simon Mufett the under 12s and Chris Mahony will lead the under 10s.

“All our coaches have vast coaching ex-perience and all came through the junior ranks,

going on to senior careers at the Cobden Football Netball Club,” junior club president Chris Walsh said.

“We are once again thrilled to have this calibre of coaches who are also great role models to develop our junior footballers.”

The four junior sides will once again compete in the Hampden League competition in season 2026.

New players are most welcome, with a pre-season training date yet to be confirmed.
