Bombers appoint junior coaches
COBDEN Junior Football Club has appointed its coaches for the 2025 season.
Martin Darcy will lead the under 16 side, while Brad Couch has appointed coach of the under 14s.
Other junior coaches announced this week are Greg Darcy (under 12s) and Matty Robertson (under 10s).
“We greatly appreciate the commitment from our coaches,” director Chris Walsh said.
“A considerable amount of time and effort goes into the development of our footballers.
“As we enter the 2025 season our aim as a club is to continue providing the Cobden and surrounding communities a safe environment for children to learn the game, giving them the best experience and opportunity to play at the highest level they can in the future.”
Walsh said the Bombers had a proud history of developing children to reach their full potential and that the current junior structure would continue next season.
“This includes the support from our senior footballers and families; all contributing to children enjoying their sport,” he said.
“We look forward to the 2025 Hampden League season.”
