Mr Redpath has spent the past eight years as an integral part of Elders Mortlake, and boasts more than 50 years of experience in the industry.

Mr Redpath joined Elders in 2018 as part of the acquisition of Kerr & Co Livestock.

His wealth of experience working for various pastoral firms across rural Australia made him a highly regarded livestock agent and territory sales manager for clients throughout Victoria, boasting a wide range of connections in the industry and clients.

He is well-known for servicing prominent and large-scale clients to become a lead auctioneer in Victoria’s Riverina area and high mountain country.

Mr Redpath has also been dedicated in giving back to the Mortlake community.

He has been the long-standing president of the Mortlake Racing Club, having seen the club through the difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic and extreme weather.

During the time the club completed a range of upgrades which has helped guide the club - and Mortlake’s iconic Mortlake Cup races - through difficulties and in to brighter days ahead.

Elders National Livestock Manager Peter Homann said he has worked closely alongside Mr Redpath in the livestock agency and processing industries, and expressed his gratitude for the contributions Mr Redpath has made during his time with Elders.

“Bruce has been a dedicated livestock agent who is well liked and respected by all who crossed paths with him,” he said.

“His commitment to the livestock industry was evident in his focus on building strong client relationships, built on honesty and trust.

“Bruce always went the extra mile for his clients, helping them to improve their livestock operations through buying, selling and exploring other opportunities.”

Elders extends its thanks to Mr Redpath for his years of dedicated service.
