Bullen Merri takes shield
DESPITE the warm conditions last Tuesday, Camperdown College’s senior students put in a huge effort at their annual athletics carnival.
With high levels of participation and sportsmanship across the board, the day was hailed a huge success.
Bullen Merri took out this year’s athletics shield and the following students were announced as age group champions:
18 years: Ebony Pearce and Thomas Baker.
17 years: Stella Horspole and Taj Cunningham.
16 years: Georgie Oborne and Oliver Clark.
15 years: Matilda Narik and Mason Ford.
14 years: Megan Johnson and Max Thomson.
13 years: Athena Chivell and Charlie Unwin.
Many thanks to members of the Parents and Friends Association for cooking the barbecue and to Miss Magnusson who organised the day, along with help from staff.
