THE domestic summer season of the Camperdown Amateur Basketball Association recently came to an end, with grand final matches.

In the senior men’s division, Krakatini defeated Young Bloods 39-36.

Best players for the winning side were Thomas Baker with 14 points and Nick Jones 12.

Highest scorers for Young Bloods were Dominic Absalom and James O’Neil both with 12 points.

In the senior women’s division, Cherry Bombs defeated Ball Stars 26.

Highest scorers for Cherry Bombs were Lily Eldridge with 14 and Rosie Pickles 12, while for Ball Stars Sophie Conheady contributed 11 points and Georgia Lucas 10.

Junior results were as follows:

Under 17 boys – Cameron Painting 51 (Luke Kavenagh 46 and Mitchell Mahony 5) defeated Prossers 40 (Wilba Cheeseman 19 and Charlie Kempton 15).

Under 17 girls – Koallah Farm 33 (Piper Stephens 31, Elle Mahony 2) defeated Benallacks 29 (Shelby Mahony 9, Stella Horspole 6).

Under 12 boys – Jack Jumpers 30 (Darby Sinnott 18, Miller Murphy 4) defeated Crocodiles 22 (Sydney Walsh 11, Jimmy Cheeseman 7).

Under 12 girls – Blue Jays 28 (Madison Lucas 22) defeated Hornets 21 (Edie Molan 12, Vogue Fleming 7).
