Camperdown, Lismore service roads resurfaced
CORANGAMITE Shire Council has recently completed resealing works in Camperdown and Lismore as part of its annual resealing program.
Resealing completed: Service roads in Camperdown and Lismore were recently resurfaced.
Businesses were notified about the works at the end of February, which occurred on the High Street service road in Lismore and Little Manifold Street in Camperdown over Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2.
Manager assets planning John Kelly said the works impacted on parking access briefly during this period.
“All of our roads are resealed periodically, and these sections were due for resurfacing,” he said.
“The new surface has a lifespan of about 15 years, but all of our local roads are resurfaced well before their use-by date.”
Line marking has been completed in recent days.
