Cats pay a visit

PRIMARY students at Terang College were treated to a special visit from members of the Geelong Cats AFLW side recently.

Several club players and staff visited the school to lead a skills clinic with students from Foundation through to year 3.

Among the special guests were Mikayla Bowen, Emma Kilpatrick, Alexis Gregor and Sarah Allen, along with AFL Victoria participation coordinator Josh Coward.

The clinic kicked off with a question and answer session where the students asked some great questions, followed by some fun drills led by the players.

The visit wrapped up with a group photo and Mikayla’s presentation of a signed Geelong Cats AFLW jumper for Terang College.

All students had a fantastic time and thank the AFL and the Geelong Cats AFLW players for providing this opportunity for students.
