COBDEN Probus Club president Kevin welcomed 37 members with five apologies to the November meeting.

By wd-news

Guest speaker for November was Phillip Cameron and his assistant John from Niagara Massage Therapy, who are independent therapy consultants.

They explained the importance of exercise

and keeping the body moving for a healthier lifestyle.

John bought some portable massage equipment and demonstrated on Probian Pam, who has trouble with her knees — after using the massage machine for 10 minutes Pam’s knee was able to move more freely, a notable difference.

Phillip stated Niagara Therapy is an all Australian product— they are very proud to state that they supply to the Institute of Canberra, many clubs in the AFL plus many sporting athletes.

All members thanked Phillip and John on their informative talk. A small gift was given in appreciation for the demonstration of their product.

Our Spring Racing Best Lady Winner went to Monica Noy - who was dressed in a lovely 35 year old outfit - with a matching hat.

A grand entrance to show off her outfit - to a rousing applause. You would think that Monica had just arrived home from the Melbourne Cup.

Neville Robertson won the Best Gents hat, with Probian Pam adding a bit of “Flare” to his hat to just get him over the line .

Many ladies and gents looked amazing with their hats and added some light hearted amusement to our meeting which all enjoyed.
