MEMBERS of the Cobden Rotary Club recently visited Cobden Kindergarten to see the newly renovated facilities.

Club member Gary Kimber said kindergarten teacher Michelle De Bie showed members around the building.

“We are delighted that our precious little Cobdenites are getting the very best start to their education journey,”he said.

“The kinder is a vibrant place of learning with amazing activities, a great team of educators and parents and Cobden Rotary is proud of what they have achieved.”

Mr Kimber said during the visit the Rotary club saw the Community Library Trolley they helped fund.

“Literacy plays a big part in Rotary’s programs and we are delighted to see that families will continue the literacy program of the kinder at home by reading to and with their children,” he said.
