Cobden Rotary welcomes special guest
COBDEN Rotary Club welcomed special guest speaker to discuss all aspects of gas exploration.
At a recent meeting, members of the Cobden Rotary Club gathered to enjoy a presentation by Amplitude Energy’s head of external affairs Bindi Gove.
Cobden Rotary Club member Gary Kimber said Ms Gove provided members with an insightful discussion on the role Amplitude Energy plays in producing gas for Australians.
“Bindi, who has vast expertise in this area, spoke passionately about the importance of gas in all aspects of life and gas exploration in Australia,” he said.
“She also outlined her company’s exciting East Coast Gas Supply project.
“Cobden Rotary always enjoys having a vast variety of vocational speakers.”
Mr Kimber said the club also had the opportunity to thank Ms Gove and Amplitude Energy for their support of an event which drew around 200 people.
“A special bonus for the club was Amplitude Energy’s sponsorship of their Tim Mason Magic Show and Bindi was thanked for this,” he said.
