COMPETITION golf will return to Camperdown on Saturday, with golf clubs in Victoria able to hold competitions once again.

Local golf competitions have been paused since August 5 after regional Victoria returned to stage three stay at home restrictions.

However with regional Victoria moving into step three of Premier Daniel Andrew’s COVID roadmap as of Wednesday night, competition golf can now go ahead.

Camperdown will stage a stableford event upon its return with players able to also return to playing groups of four.

All players must continue to wear masks and follow COVID protocols in place at the course.

Bookings for tee times are also requested and can be made via www.bookatee.com.au.

Further competitions will be held next Wednesday and Thursday.
