Corangamite U3A learn about dahlias
CORANGAMITE University of the Third Age (U3A) members recently enjoyed a colourful visit to Delia Robertson’s dahlia farm at Carpendeit.

CORANGAMITE University of the Third Age (U3A) members recently enjoyed a colourful visit to Delia Robertson’s dahlia farm at Carpendeit.
U3A member Gary Kimber said Mrs Robertson spoke about and showed the group her 250 varieties of Dahlias
“Members were amazed at the whole process involved in preparing the plants,” he said.
“Delia recently won several awards at the Portland Garden Show including Best variety at the Show.
“Afternoon tea completed a great afternoon for everyone.
Mr Kimber said the visit was just one of many activities available across the Shire through U3A Corangamite.
