Corangamite welcomes new citizens
CORANGAMITE Shire Council welcomed three new Australians at last week’s council meeting on Tuesday.
Welcome: Corangamite Shire Council welcomed three new citizens at its April council meeting
Tania Mora, Hila Perry and Thanyalak Suddee made their citizenship pledge ahead of the council meeting at the Civic Centre in Camperdown.
The new Australian Citizens have come from New Zealand, Israel and Thailand.
Mayor Kate Makin officiated at the ceremony.
Each of the new citizens received a certificate, a native plant and a gift bag.
