Cornelissen wins at Terang

FIFTEEN players enjoyed last Thursday morning’s competition at the Terang Golf Club.

A grade was won by Kate Cornelissen with 37 points, followed by Terry Beasley on 36.

Lynette Coxon won B grade with 35 points on a countback from Clare Pearson and Bruce McLennan on 35.

Balls down the line went to Margie Driscoll 34, Bruce McLennan 35 and Heather Holmes 33 on a countback from Janet Saunders and Judy Carmody.

Nearest the pins: 3rd Janet Saunders, 9th from off the green Aileen Clarke and 11th Heather Holmes.

Nine players competed in the afternoon competition, with Phil Beasley winning on 34 points from Terry Coolahan and Colin Venn.
