Cup win for Rundle
GOLFER Gavin Rundle has taken out the Bill Neal Memorial Cup at Timboon Golf Club.
Members played a stroke round for the cup and monthly medals last Saturday.
Rundle took out the cup with a score of 88 nett 69, ahead of Franny Togni (21) 92 nett 71 and Chris Huffadine (11) 83 nett 72.
The A grade monthly medal was Chris Huffadine (11) 83 nett 72 from Bill Finlayson (17) 89 nett 72 and Tori Ziegelaar (15) 88 nett 73.
B grade was won by Gavin Rundle (19) 88 nett 69 from Franny Togni nett 71 and Gordon Broderick nett 76.
Nearest the pins: 5th Steven Crees, 7th Ben Saunders, 10th Neil Gowland and 14th Geoff Norton.
Neil Gowland won a ball for his second shot to the 11th and Andrew Gant won a ball for his second to the 13th.
The Railway View chicken day was won by Tori Ziegelaar with 28 points from Gordon Broderick with 25.
This Saturday will be stableford.
