Demons show strength
THERE was no match for Timboon’s senior footballers on Saturday, with Dennington withdrawing from the senior competition during the week.
All other grades of football and netball were played at the Dennington Recreation Reserve.
In the reserves match, Timboon had an 11.13.79 to 5.4.34 win.
William Benallack, Richard Couch and Ronan Kerr were the Demons best, with Nathan Ellemor kicking three goals and Couch and Zack Lenehan two each.
The under 18.5 football saw Timboon register an 8.11.59 to 7.4.46 win.
Best for Timboon were Bodhi Crole, Charlie Bowker and Harvey Redshaw, with Redshaw kicking three goals.
The under 16 match also saw Timboon win, 7.4.46 to 2.4.16.
Riley Stephens, Lucas Woolstencroft and Alby Jones were the Demons’ best.
In the under 13.5 game, Dennington scored a 10.8.68 to 2.0.12 win.
Best for Timboon were Baylie Turner, Harry Salmon and Darcy Delaney, with Jake McNeill and William Smith kicking a goal each.
In the A grade netball, Timboon recorded a massive 101-10 win.
Best for the Demons were Nina Barlow, Aysha Hollick and Bethany Hallyburton, with Laura Rosolin scoring 42 goals, Brianna Gass 36 and Aysha Hollick 23.

In A reserve, Timboon got the points with a 41-17 win.
Kira Gordon, Elle Bryant and Dana Russell were the Demons best, with Isabelle Moorhead shooting 20 goals and Hannah Maxwell 19.
Timboon took out the B grade game with a 49-12 win.
Jacqui Hanegraaf, Chloe Fleming and Ally McLennan were the Demons best, with Sarah Brown shooting 22 goals and Jorja Nieuwenhuizen 18.
In the 17 and under netball, Timboon had a 41-11 win, with Ella Drayton shooting 22 goals and Jasmine Plozza 13.
Timboon scored a 44-15 win in the 15 and under game.
Aysha Hollick, Emily McLennan and Imogen Woods were best for the Demons, with Hollick shooting 22 goals and Indii McKenzie 11.
The 13 and under game saw Timboon have a 41-20 win.
Brenna Redshaw, Elizabeth Plozza and Grace Richardson were the best for the under 13 Demons, with Richardson scoring 19 goals and Elizabeth Plozza 15.
In the 11 and under netball, Timboon had a 10-7 win.
Best for the junior Demons were Kyah Collins, Eva Watson and Isla Dickinson, with Isla Lenehan scoring seven goals.
