Drake wins at Cobden

WITH a score of 46 points, Dwayne Drake took out the A grade stableford at Cobden Golf Club last weekend.

Fifteen players enjoyed the par three course, with Drake finishing ahead of Sam Rix (40 points) to take the win on countback from four others.

Balls down the line went to Mark Loving, Andrew Giles, Lachy Green and Bevis Welsby.

Andrew Giles was nearest the pin on the 4th while Jack Kerr was closest on the 7th and 9th.

This Saturday, August 31, will be stableford (multi-tee).
