Driver busted
A DRIVER has had their vehicle impounded on Tuesday after police intercepted them in Camperdown.

Camperdown Police Leading Senior Constable Don Camilleri said police observed the 40-year-old driver, who is known to police, leaving the supermarket
“He’s got a disqualified driver’s licence, so his car has been impounded,” he said.
“The car’s unregistered, so he’s got driving while disqualified, driving an unregistered vehicle, and he refused to give his details.”
Ld Snr Const Camilleri said police would be out in force over the Christmas period.
“Police will be on the road – make sure you’ve got a licence, make sure your car’s registered, and drive to the conditions,” he said.
