Entries now open for inventions
DO you have a unique invention that you would like to share?
The 2025 Inventions Competition will no doubt once again attract a number of quality entries across various categories, with competitors all in the running to take home highly-sought after ribbons and trophies.
This one-of-a-kind showcase gives inventors the opportunity to share their ideas, present their creations and inspire those around them.
A variety of categories are available, including primary school invention, new invention (multinational company/small manufacturer/individual/young entrepreneur) and improved and modified invention (multinational/small manufacturer/individual/young entrepreneur).
Entries are now open and will close on Wednesday, July 24.
All entries must be left at the Hamilton Showgrounds prior to Friday, August 1.
Entries will be judged on Saturday, August 2 in the ram shed at the showgrounds, with an awards presentation set for Sunday, August 3.
