Family Christmas fun in Timboon
TIMBOON will be a buzz with Christmas festivities on Friday with Timboon Community Christmas back again.
The Timboon Action initiative will be held between 3pm and 7pm in the grassed area in front of Little Bit of Sweet in Timboon.
Timboon Action president Heather Martin said the committee is looking forward to Timboon Community Christmas, with a Twilight Market also being held at the same time.
“We’ve got Santa, we’ve got lots of kids activities, face painting, fairyfloss, live music and more,” she said.
“We’re absolutely looking forward to it and very exciting and looking forward to building on the success of last year and combining it with the market to ensure it’s a huge community event.”
Ms Martin said there will be plenty to do and see on the day for the whole family.
Andrea Weel will be performing and there will be performances from J and J Dance School, Timboon P-12 School and Timboon Kindergarten.
Attendees will also be able to pick up some last minute Christmas presents with a variety of stalls on offer.
Ms Martin encouraged the wider Timboon community to support the event and get into the festive spirit.

Residents have been reminded to vote for their favourite home light festive display and well as for their best decorated shop.

The winners of the Timboon Christmas lights competition will also be announced on the night.
