Fast times on the bike
CAMPERDOWN junior riders put in some fast times last Thursday night.

In what seemed like a fast, personal best breaking night, the juniors did not disappoint.
The scratch men, Quinn and Nathaniel, worked hard to finish first and third, with Rieley coming home in second.
Quinn’s winning time was 09.28 (personal best), followed by Rieley 10.19 (PB), Nathaniel 09.36 (PB), Bentley 09.53 (PB), Taj 10.56 (PB), Bede 13.07, Lawson 11.41, Ava 10.57 and Eleanor 17.58 (PB).
A small field of senior cyclists saw five riders face the Chocolyn block in warm conditions.
The line-up saw Matty Clark start the fun as the limit rider, followed by Quinn Clark with 30 seconds.
Matt G chased the two front riders with a start time of 2.30.
Oliver Clark chased the group with a 5.15 start time, and Shaun rode off scratch at 6.45 minutes.
Quinn caught Matt at Chocolyn Road and headed into tow with Matt chasing closely behind.
The rest of the riders chased hard to catch the Clark duo but Quinn was too strong for Matt and pulled away for the finish to the take the win.
Times on the night were Quinn 29.10, Matt C 29.52, Shaun (fastest time of the night) 25.38, Oliver 27.09 and Matty G 30.27 (winning the wooden spoon).
