Festival returns
ALL roads lead to Terang this Friday when the Colour Terang Festival returns.
The award-winning event will hit the streets of Terang on the Friday, September 27 Grand Final Day public holiday, with organisers anticipating a bumper crowd.
Terang Progress Association president Ken McSween said he was looking forward to seeing the wider community descend on Terang for a day of fun.
“Fine weather is forecast and we’re expecting this year to be our biggest yet as we continue the momentum we’ve built,” he said.
Mary Bradshaw Avenue will be lined with colour from 10am-3pm with a wide range of activities including a jumping castle and giant slide, face painting, market stalls, food vans, petting zoo, battery ride-on animals, mini golf, roving balloon artist and model train display.
Judging of the car show will take place at 12noon on The Promenade, with results announced over the PA shortly after.
Car enthusiasts are invited to show up on the day and give the community an up-close look at their beloved vehicles.
The ever-popular colour splash will undoubtedly be a hit with kids from across the region at 2.30pm.
