Finals for Cobden bowlers this weekend
LAST weekend’s total fire ban day has seen all bowls finals delayed by a week.
The preliminary finals will now be played this Saturday, March 1, with the grand final pushed out to the Saturday of the long weekend.
Cobden bowlers will be playing their three preliminary finals at the Colac Lakes venue.
Division two will play Winchelsea, division four will face Lorne under the dome, while division three will play outside on the top green against Simpson.
The action will kick off at 1pm, so anyone wanting to show their support can comfortably do so at the one venue.
All are sudden death finals, so Cobden will be working hard to advance to the grand final.
