YOUNG anglers cast a line in Simpson recently.
Simpson and District Lions Club held a junior fishing competition at the Simpson Dam earlier this month which drew a host of entries.
While no big fish were caught on the day, anglers reeled in a number of small fish.
The club also provided a barbecue lunch for entrants who enjoyed wetting a line in sunny weather.
