The squad competed in the second round of the National All Styles tournament at Doncaster.
Sensei Peter Conroy said it was a great day for the squad of 10 club members, with some newer members finishing on the podium.
“It’s a mixed martial arts tournament, so it is a great opportunity for our members to compete against different styles.” he said
“Karate, taekwondo, jiu-jitsu and other styles all have different moves for defence and attack, so it is a chance for our members to compete against them.“
