Graffiti concerns continue
FOR more than four years Lisette Mill has been pushing for the removal of “unsightly” graffiti from undeath the Panmure bridge.
Lisette Mill is frustrated and concerned that graffiti under the Panmure bridge is yet to be removed, almost four years on from when she first brought it to the attention of the Department of Transport and Planning.
