HEYTESBURY Princetown continues to dominate in division one cricket, securing its third win in their debut season.

The new-look Storm continues to enjoy the fruits of their labour, enjoying a trifecta of wins in their first season as a combined club in the South West Cricket league.

Playing at their home ground at Timboon on Saturday, Storm lost the toss against rival Ecklin, with Ecklin electing to bat first.

It was a strong effort for Storm, with the new-look team chasing down Ecklin to secure victory.

Ecklin’s Billee Baxter bowled 4 maidens with only 4 runs scored from his 10 overs.

Chris Vogels contributed 36 not out, with Thomas Hunt adding 34 to the total.

Storm’s bowling also proved strong with Paul Vogels having a solid outing.

This weekend Storm will line up against Woorndoo at the Timboon Recreation Reserve where they will attempt to secure their fourth win of the season.

Ecklin will take on Camperdown Lakes on their home turf.

This should be an exciting match.
