A HISTORIC locomotive drew eager viewers to the Warrnambool line over the weekend.
The steam locomotive R711 and diesel S313 made the pilgrimage to Warrnambool last Saturday.
The vintage train was packed with those wanting to experience a piece of Victoria’s rail history.
The locomotives date back to 1889 and 1952 respectively, with the carriages dating back as far as 1906.
