Hollick takes stableford

WES Hollick has taken out the A grade stableford round at Timboon Golf Club.


Hollick finished with 37 points to take the A grade competition from Darren Smith (36) last Saturday.

B grade was won by Franny Togni with 35 points from James Taylor with 33.

The final standings for the Timboon Motors Plate were Chris Huffadine and Barry Cook, tied with 72 points.

There will be a play-off over 18 holes on Saturday, April 6 for stableford.

The ambrose round will be moved forward to Saturday, April 13.

Nearest the pins: 5th Wes Hollick, 7th Tori Ziegelaar, 10th Barry Cook, 14th Ben Stow.

Darren Smith won the Nutrien ball for his second shot on the 11th and Todd Brunt won the South West Car Care ball for his second shot on the 13th.

Last Thursday’s chicken day was won by Darryl Neal while Barry Cook took nearest the pin.

Next Saturday will be stroke for the monthly medals.
