Huffadine wins A grade
TIMBOON Golf Club members enjoyed the first round of the Timboon Motors Plate last Saturday.
A grade winner was Chris Huffadine with 40 points followed by Peter Cashmore with 39.
Rodney Edge was third with 38 points.
B grade was won by Todd Brunt with 41 points from Barry Cook with 40 points and Rhys Ziegelaar with 37.
The leaderboard currently stands as follows - Todd Brunt 41 points, Chris Huffadine 40, Barry Cook 40, Peter Cashmore 39, Rodney Edge 38 and Rhys Ziegelaar 37.
Nearest the pins: 5th Steve Plozza, 7th Bill Finlayson, 10th Mick Plozza and 14th Tori Ziegelaar.
U. Bandu won the South West Car Care Ball for his second shot to the 13th, Peter Cashmore on the 12th and Chris Huffadine on the 13th shared the eagles nest.
On Thursday the 12 holes Kazza’s Railway View Chicken Day was won by Bill Finlayson from Bill Norton.
Nearest the pin was Tori Ziegelaar.
Next Saturday is the Timboon Motors Plate round two stableford.
