Juniors enjoy sports clinic

CHILDREN at the Camperdown College junior campus were treated to some special sports lessons last week.

Members of the Camperdown Football Netball Club paid a visit to the school on Thursday where they ran engaging netball and football clinics for students in years prep through to six.

Throughout the sessions, students had the chance to participate in a variety of skill-based activities.

The activities enhanced their shooting, passing, kicking and game sense in a fun and supportive environment.

“Beyond developing their sporting skills, students also had the chance to connect with local representatives from the Camperdown club,” assistant principal Jacinta Tolland said.

“This enabled them to gain insight into the opportunities available through our local football and netball club.”
