Knights shine at home
COBDEN'S division one cricketers looked comfortable at the crease last weekend.

Facing the fourth-placed Bookaar at the Cobden Recreation Reserve on Saturday, the Knights won the toss and elected to bat.
A quick-firing 49 runs from 39 balls from opener Matthew Boyle set the side up for an impressive score.
Boyle’s innings included eight boundaries.
He was well supported on the scoreboard by Matthew Kemp (50 from 85 deliveries) and Johno Benallack (58 from 51 balls which included four boundaries and a six).
Angus Uwland was also impressive at the crease, finishing the day unbeaten on 49 to take the team to 6/275 from its 50 overs.
In reply, Bookaar was contained to 8/217.
Best of the bowlers for the Knights was Matthew Harkin who took 3/53 from 10 overs.
Other wickets went to Simon Murfett, Parker Walsh, Angus Uwland, Matthew Boyle and Jonty Robertson.
With just four rounds of the home and away season remaining, the Knights currently sit second on the South West ladder with seven wins under their belts.
Round 11 this Saturday will see them travel to Boorcan to face the Dragons.
