Knitted donations for those in need

NEARLY 400 knitted items of clothing and blankets collected in Cobden will be heading to Melbourne for the homeless and needy in an appeal which began over a decade ago.

Packed to the brim: Pam Savage is preparing to take nearly 400 articles of woollen clothing and blankets to Colac to be handed off for a trip to Melbourne to be donated to the homeless, needy and children at Ronald McDonald House.
