League awards for Bloods

TALENTED Terang Mortlake netballer Madisson Wallace and footballer Jesse Fowler have featured at this week’s Hampden League junior vote count and presentations.


17 and under reserves best and fairest winner, Maddison Wallace and Jesse Fowler who finished runner-up in the under 16 best and fairest vote count.

Madisson finished the home and away season on an incredible 31 votes to take out the 17 and under reserves best and fairest award.

She finished 12 votes clear of runner-up, North Warrnambool’s Mia Robinson, on 19 votes.

Terang Mortlake’s Jesse Fowler finished on 22 votes to be named runner-up best and fairest in the under 16 football vote count; just one vote behind eventual winner, Camperdown’s Paddy Hassett.

Other awards presented on the night were as follows:

17 and under: best and fairest Indiana Cameron, Camperdown, 30 votes; runner-up Hannah O’Keefe, Koroit, 25 votes.

15 and under: best and fairest Molly Sevior, Hamilton, 35 votes; runner-up Edie Batt, Koroit, 31 votes.

15 and under reserves: best and fairest Lottie Wilkinson, South Warrnambool, 37 votes; runner-up Bellalie Martin, Warrnambool, 24 votes.

13 and under: best and fairest Molly McNeil, South Warrnambool, 29 votes; runner-up Ellie Dobson, Koroit, 28 votes.

13 and under reserves: best and fairest Mahli Baxter, Cobden, 28 votes; runner-up Mabel Clements, South Warrnambool, 22 votes.

FOOTBALL

Under 18: best and fairest Jett Lovell, Portland, 18 votes; runner-up Rhylee Parsons, Koroit, 16 votes.

Under 14: best and fairest Jagger Lynch, Warrnambool, 27 votes; runner-up Finn Byrne, South Warrnambool, 26 votes.
