YOUNGSTERS unleashed their creativity at a Lego session in Cobden last week.

Corangamite University of the Third Age (U3A) organised an afternoon of Lego to help fill the school holidays.

Corangamite U3A member Gary Kimber said 22 people – both young and young at heart – turned out to the session.

“The attendees were very creative with what they made with space scenes, towers, farms, stables and many others,” he said.

“There was a great day of concentration, laughter and wonderful family time.

“The day was possible thanks to the South West Brick Club and it’s leader Murray Ibbs.

“Thanks also to St Mary’s Anglican Church for the use of their hall.”
