Opponents Wesley Yambuk won the toss on Saturday and elected to bowl.
Playing on the Terang turf wicket, the Lions took advantage of every scoring opportunity, finishing the innings at 6/242 from 45 overs.
Captain Liam Geary led from the front, contributing a well-earned 82 runs which included five boundaries and four sixes.
He was well supported on the scoreboard by Gus Bourke with a handy 46, Bailey Kavenagh with 37 and opener Ned Roberts with 26.
In reply the Titans were restricted to 10/138 from 34 overs.
Best of the bowlers for the Lions was Isaac Kenna with an impressive 5/27 and Jesse Unthank 2/30.
Round seven this weekend will see the Lions take on North Warrnambool at Bushfield.
