Lismore celebrates cricket season
THE Lismore Oddfellows Cricket Club has wrapped up the 2025/26 season with senior and junior presentations at the Lismore Golf Club last Sunday.

Lachie Constable took out the major award, the Lachie McBean trophy for senior best and fairest, for the fourth time in five seasons.
Constable scored 350 runs and took five wickets in 10 matches during the season where Lismore finished fifth.
The batting award also went to Constable, his fourth win in that award for the club too.
For the first time in his 20-year career at Lismore, Scott Walker took out the bowling award, leading the wicket takers with 15.
Jack Fay won the John Pyke senior fielding award and the senior captains award and dominated the under 16 awards, winning the best and fairest, most runs with 195, most wickets with 13 and the fielding award with seven catches, three run outs and a stumping.
Bree Daffy was runner-up in the under 16 best and fairest, Tyler Daffy was most improved, Liam Barr won the coaches award, with Angus Moyle and Corey Smith winning the captains awards.
In the under 12s, Rory Dudman won the coaches award.
Tracey and Noel Smith were jointly awarded the best club person award.
