Local business owner says Helloworld
CAMPERDOWN Helloworld Travel owner Kim Tracey has recently struck platinum at the company conference.
Ms Tracey won the Platinum Award for a Branded Network at the Helloworld Travel conference, placing in the top two highest selling travel consultants in the Australian network.
Her win was announced at the annual dinner event, with Ms Tracey saying she found it “amazing” and “exciting” to win
She also said she was not expecting the win and feels proud and humble.
“It speaks a lot for the support from a small community as well; it was a national award, so it’s good people have supported me and a local business,” she said.
“Without your clients, you wouldn’t get anything.
“(I’m) just proud of the community; proud of the support that we’re getting for a small business in a small town.
“To my beautiful clients you are my world, and why I still love doing what I do. I am so proud and thankful for the support from all of you.”
Ms Tracey said the Helloworld Travel awards night is like the Logies for the company.
“It’s amazing to be up there with the much, much bigger stores. That makes me proud,” she said.
