McKenzie wins memorial trophy

PIGEON racer Graeme McKenzie has taken out the Ricky Baulch Memorial Trophy.

PIGEON racerGraeme McKenzie has taken out the Ricky Baulch Memorial Trophy.

Graeme won the award for the most aggregate points in the Lascelles races.

Last Monday the Camperdown Homing Club raced 67 pigeons from Lascelles; Camperdown golfThe birds were released into a mild south-south westerly wind in sunny conditions.

Results: 1st G and S McKenzie (Camperdown), 2nd Julian Coburn (Terang) and 3rd Rex Perkins (Cobden).

This Sunday the birds will race from Mildura (500 kilometres) and basketing will be on Friday at 5pm at the clubrooms.
