McLennan in form

TONY McLennan showed good form on the golf course to take out the par event at Mortlake last Saturday.

Tony (36) finished +3, on countback, while Hamish Weatherly (6) +3 was the runner-up.

Nearest the pins on the 3/12, 6/15 was Glen Birnie, and Hamish Weatherly on 9/18.

Balls down the line went to Glen Birnie, Paul Wareham, Charles Kenny and Wes Wareham on countback.

New member – Charles Kenny.

Last Friday’s nine hole twilight competition was won by Aaron Davies on 13-46-33, with Peter West the runner-up on countback, 19-54-35.

Nearest the pin on the 9th was Matt Vaughan.

This week’s event will be stroke/monthly medal.
